Ok, I have to be honest here. It's been over a month since I used my Jack3d and today I was feeling a bit sluggish so used some.
Not sure if it was because I haven't used it in a while or what, but damn I felt 'off' while working out. Felt way too up almost to the point that I felt slight anxiety. I also crushed super hard.
This will be the last time I use a pick me up before working out.
Protein shakes or chicken/tuna and rice have worked so much better over the past month so I'll just stick with that, regardless of whether I'm feeling tired (case of the Monday blues, haha). Might throw in a tablespoon of coconut oil to see if that helps.
