You are being really exact with the 1 cent there

If you live in the US I would think nearly all pre workouts are cheap for you. I order from US sites myself and the prices are ridiculously low. I was seeing decent pre workouts at buy 1 get 1 free the other day and even with just 1 tub they were $1 or below per serving.

Couldn't agree more. Got some green coffee bean/tea pills on crazy sale (5 bottles of 120 caps for 15bucks) and have Always relied upon cheap arginine (I asked the pharmacy counter if they had any other than what was on shelf, she ordered me a bottle of 180ct 1g tabs for 8.99) taking about 2-3g. Works like a champ.
Also, found a tub of "luecine-agma" on eBay for 8 bucks!

I make my own. Way more cost effective than expensive preworkouts that have extra bullshit. I get l-citruline, l-arginine, bcaas, and flavored powder packets. Been using ec stack too, works very well.

My doses are:
5g citruline
2.5g arginine
5g bcaas

Pumps are crazy and endurance stays up.
