pre workout drinks

I have recently noticed a topical redness on my left forearm after administering pump hd anda few others. Years ago I had a similar issue with the no explode and I believed it to be the high levels of creatine.... when removed from training the area clears up. Has anyone had similar symptoms or issues? Looking for knowledgeable feedback, not opinions please.

Beta Alanine can cause a skin like flush. Niacin will do this too.

Get rash around elbows 15 minutes after using BSN and MHP pre-workouts!

I don't have any experience like you have described, but I would try making my own pre-workout drink for awhile. That way you can eliminate suspect ingredients to find out what is going on. You can buy all of the ingredients in bulk. Might actually save you some money in the long term.

Some basics I would start with:
caffeine
creatine
beta-alanine

Been taking c4 for weeks all is good. Sometime it just comes down to people react differ than others

Pump HD does have niacin in it, so if you are sensitive to niacin it could be having it's wonderful flushing effect on you. It also has Beta-Alanine in which stimulates the nerves between your skin and muscles causing a tingling sensation. Double tingly itchy rashy combo if you're sensitive to these ingredients, ESPECIALLY if you take more than one scoop.

I just bought a box of a nodoz type product for $3. It's 200mgs of caffeine. I use one and a scoop of BCAAS for during workout. If feeling a bit extra sluggish I split one and take 300mgs caffeine.

I used to use nodoz, they work well.

Have been on the market for new pre workout since all the good ones have been pulled. I haven't found a new favorite yet.

I found breaking up the dosing throughout the day completely got rid of it, I know what you mean it sucks.

I recently tried LGI's Fully Loaded, that stuff is awesome. Has a great ingredient profile including 20mg noopept.

You wanna know the best preworkout? 300 mgs caffeine, 15mgs tadalafil. 20iu's insulin and a bunch of carbs and aminos. Way cheaper than the commercial garbage and the pump is so insane you can actually see yourself getting new stretch marks

For me, I like a little fat burning in my Preworkouts. So I like capscasim, about 250 mg caffeine and choline for focus. Hyper fx by BSN was great but they're reformulating it. Re pump by Gnc looks promising, but I just can't spend $50 on a preworkout
