I get lunch from 12-1230 and I lift at 3. So I am going to get another meal in at 2 with carbs and add a tiny bit of fat to help slow down the digestive rate. I will already have 200g of protein in me. So my question is, do I need to take some of my chicken from lunch and move it to that meal? Big deal if I don't add any protein in there? I do have an intra with eaa's/bcaa's
