Before I train I usually have a balanced breakfast. The a hour b4 I train I take 5 aminos, 10 grams glutamine, and a fatburner. Is this okay only asking because a bodybuilder at my gym rags me every morning but I feel it helps!

Dude, run with what works for you man! Hell with what some gym rat tells you. We are all unique in what works for us, like hell ill eat pop tarts pre sometimes and it works for me! Keep on Rollin with what you got goin!
