Pre-Workout Worth It On Cycle?

I do like my legal high. It's a good time is what it is.


at least your honest, respect. so are the "bro's" in Oregon now going straight meth pipe pre-workout now that its legal, lmao. sprinkle some beet root on it and its healthy.
 
I don't consider taking amino acids to be a "pre-workout." I take 2 or 3 grams of taurine and creatine, I'm not getting energy, high or anything that people expect to find in pre-workouts, legal ways to get high.

On the other hand, you could use 40 different ingredients, but which ones would really be effective? Only creatine has proven to be helpful over time, and it isn't even for everyone.
That's funny.. I consider them integral parts of a good pre workout. This isn't 1996 where a pre workout is just a stimulant. But since you are the czar of the land I guess we will have to learn to live under your definitions from here on out.
 
your exactly right you will never have heart problems if you take these health/performance enhancers mixed with your stimulants and meth analogs and combine them with aas.
Oh, hey I guess we are now cherry picking and shape shifting the exact aspects of a made-up scenario in which you are to sound like a prophet. Can we add recreational cocaine, heroin, and a crazy dick drug mix to paint a picture of how to create the perfect abusive storm to the cardiovascular system on top of the caffeine and test that you are demonizing here?

Use a pre workout..or dont.
Use some suspension or an oral or dont.
Smoke weed.
Pray.
Meditate.
Stretch and do some yoga.
Or don't!
Do whatever PRE WORKOUT routine that you feel comfortable with and works for you to make your workout better.

Just stop saying absolutely ridiculous things about fairly common and fairly safe and sensible consumption of caffeine and vaso-dilators etc.
