Pre-Workouts

I usually eat a 1/2 hour to an hour before my workout and drink a shot of espresso right before I get in the gym! It usually does the trick!
 
I take either 1 scoop of craze or 1 scoop of this PWO called BEAST from a new company, serving size is 2, just take 1 for a little kick. Going to cut out PWO when I start dbols preworkout
 
I'd recommend against them, they cost plenty more than they're worth and your body will adapt to any stimulants eventually over time. If you have to do something just do ECA, it's pretty cheap for two weeks at a time usage and it's excellent for fat loss! I think it's 15$ for the two weeks worth (~10 for two boxes ephedrine) and 25ish for four weeks as the asprin and caffeine cost nothing.

Do you realize that ephedrine is hard on your heart? You don't see sane bbers using the ECA stack year round because the ephedrine causes a rise in bp and heart rate, both which can cause serious damage over time. This is one of the reasons why ECA stack is used only during cutting and not during bulking phases.

I didn't intend to mean to use it year round. I'd only use it two weeks at a time, and I take long break between usage. The main point of my message was supposed to be to just not use any pre-workouts. Kinda did that poorly, sorry for the misunderstanding ^^

Ok, thanks for clearing that up. Thought you meant eca stack all year round for pre workout, lol.
 
Ndure from TP is a good one.

ABSOLUTELY! Ndure + 24mg ephedrine (during certain phases) and I am ready to roll :headbang:

I'm anotherone that bought into the pwo and have tried them all. I would say the best one way cellucore c4, but caffeine pills are a lot cheaper.
 
I've been drinking xtreme shock for a couple years and they always do the trick. Get kind of expensive but I'm addicted now haha
 
I've been trying some different things, so I thought I'd come back and reflect on that. So I gave some Synthetek stuff a try, the carnitine and metabolic booster and I gotta say I notice a huge difference in my endurance when I take them. So now I'm taking basically the same thing, injectable supps just from a different company. I'd say give the Synthetek stuff a shot and go in that direction if you can dig it.
Oh also Adderall if you can get your hands on it, hands down best pre-workout :D
