Clen: 40-120mcg/day, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Use ECA during the 2 weeks off.
T3: 25mcg/day and ramp up to 100mcg/day. Stay on that then start to decrease 2 weeks before the show. Maybe only 25mcg/day the week of the show. Too much T3 can interfere with your carb up.
