IM 12 WEEKS OUT TRAIN AT NIGHT AND USUALLY HAVE SUGARFREE ENERGY DRINK BEFORE I TRAIN. ANY THOUGHTS ON WHETHER OR NOT THIS IS ACCEPTABLE? FIGURE OK WITHOUT SUGAR?
Thats a tough one. Id say depending on the other ingredients. Like great, its caffine, caffine is a diuretic. Why not make your own energy drink that has only ingredients you put in it. Alot healthier alternative. I always used to make my own energy drinks. Say a cup of green tea, cooled, half a cup of raspberry tea, also cooled, add 200 mgs caffine, add a sweetener (splenda, honey, stevia, etc.), maybe add some glutamine, or someother aminos, maybe some LBAs, man that might actually be good haha.
