Which would you do? A double session workout or cardio in the a.m and weights in the p.m?
I am starting to think this cardio frenzy I throw myself into is OVER-RATED.
I notice some competitors, pros or top amateurs do 2 workouts on certain days during precontest prep. Is that any good?
