Prednisone

So I came down with a nasty case if bronchitis went to my doc got put on Prednisone & azithromycin. Both for one week, My cortisone levels must have been high I feel great no aches or pains? My wife has asthma she used Prednisone ocasionally and she was always saying how well she felt on it all her aches and pains we're gone.
Is this something us lifters could use on occasion?

On occasion yes. But I would urge you to limit your use. Prednisone & prednisolone have a lot of possible side effects. Especially the higher your dose and the longer you take it.

I wouldn't if I was you. Once your off prednisone your body will try to make its own cortisol levels again and if your lifting that time the chances of getting hurt.
