A lot of people have seen improvements in their lipids with this brand. What dose did you use and what improvements did you use in LDL and HDL?

One cap a day of the CB.

HDL
28 -> 32 (this is low for me, usually in the 40s)



At the time I was trying a big test dose of 1.5g with 450 deca.
That T dose was for about a month but during my health check.

Thanks for sharing. Those numbers while on the CB look a lot better.

I noticed GAT's Flexx EAA's have 125mg Ashwagandha (Sensoril) per serving so I am going to give that a go next. Right now I am using Axe & Sledge's The Grind intra workout (it's missing L-Methionine) plus some Redcon1 Grunt for other times. I am not a fan of Redcon1 but it was on a sale and I didn't have much choice at the time so I went with that. Saying that I have tried a few of their products and they have all seemed gtg but it's definitely not a brand I would buy often.

Since true nutrition is out of stock owner eaas and I ordered over a week ago and it's going to be at least a few days till they come back and stuck I went to my local GNC and bought some ghost eaas

Do you contribute the improvement of cholesterol levels during this time to anything else besides Jarrows citrus b?

Only other thing I took that may have had any impact was arjuna, but I doubt it provided much here.

I use it and it improved my LDL and HDL far better than Lipitor did 20+ years ago.

Great to hear Hawk! I have screenshots of posts that you've submitted regarding blood pressure and cholesterol.
I now include Arjuna and Citrus Bergamot on account of this.
