Prep Coach!?

Hey guys. Need to make a quick thread. Which prep coaching around here are generally recommended and how do I get in contact with them. I heard some bad things about Dave Palumbo handing out cookie cutter diets and shit.

I have previously used two ifbb Canadians but I am currently on the hunt for someone new to help with a 16 week diet.

preface this by saying no one here is bad or good, so my statements are not meant to be inflammatory, but all your going to get to a question like that is the ones that pay to be here as a sponsor
no one is gong to recommend someone to you that doesnt sponsor, because this community doesnt really work like that

I've hired two guys who advertise here one was good and one was garbage. My advice would be look for someone good local who can actually see you in person instead of through email pics. If you can't find someone good local talk to some of the guys on the here and find out which one of their philosophy works for you and give one a try.

Try Shelby, his work consist of allot of research (science base) and trial and error from his past clients. He's very detailed and replies instantly.
