Ok.. So felt amazing all prep.. Except finally felt like death..exhausted say the past 2wks.. (I blame clen..hate it..but 2on 1off) some days really tired others super tired..lol

Anyway. Today I felt great in comparison...I've heard that can come and go, we'll see... What's different..

I have tanned 2 or 3 times?

An di started the warm lemon water again Meadows style.. As I thought maybe liver stressed.. Been wanting to do it all along..just didn't... Again.. Just 2.5 days of the lemmon water

What's your take? Tanning..lemmon water? Conincidence? Can the liver detox work that quick I guess is what I wonder too

Just wanted to chime in that i replaced diet pops and crystal light with fresh squeezed lemon/lime water and it has curbed my appetite.. Not sure how or why, but when i finish a meal and drink diet soda, i am hungry after but if I chug some lemon lime water my hunger is greatly reduced

I would say that I also in general feel better but not sure how/why that works but its been about 5 days ive been doing this and I feel like i can tell a difference in hunger/health

I would say it's a combo of both. Tanning helps with vitamin d release which will help you feel better and lemon water is good for many things. keep up both and see what happens.

I was going to say you're probably vit D defecient. Tanning may have helped but who knows. You're on a contest diet, expect to feel like shit most of the time. My last three weeks, I was a f'ing zombie.
