So been reading and such... And curious on something. For my next bulk I'm going to focus a lot of carbs around workout in hopes of lean gains...
Following JM and Antoine. Seemed that's how he prepped. I think Shelby preps like this as well... It interests me greatly...but if ur trainer is doing what he knows ANC feels comfortable with. Like just Hutton macrosfor the day. No emphasis on workouts..
So method A. Is just eating the same day in and day out. And method B. Is focused on higher carbs around training. How much of a difference would there be in stage weight at the end would u guess...
