What’s up guys! Finally after the last year of multiple Tricep surgeries and forded to sit out last years shows, I feel I’m finally ready to roll and my body is good to undergo a prep.
I have a few shows in mind this fall, since taking a year off, I may start with a small IFBB show, get feedback and then go up.
Another option would be since I live in Columbus, drive to Pittsburgh and get Gary or Manions honest opinion on what shows to do.
I am currently 270lbs. Leanest I’ve ever been at this weight. So great starting point.

CYCLE WISE? Simple….
Now it’s just Test C, 125mg ED except Sundays
EQ, 100mg EOD
Arimidex, 1mg every 3rd day
HGH, 6iu before bed

That’s it. Pretty simple. Once I get about 4 weeks down into this prep or hit around 12 weeks out, the fun stuff gets thrown in. Mast, var, Clen. Will decide this week and put together how I plan the final 12 weeks.
One show I’m eyeing is the hurricane Pro in St Pete Florida.

But here is me currently the other day at the gym, post back day.

What was your cycle and training during the off season, if you don't mind sharing?
It was pretty close to this, except I ran deca at 125mg EOD and the test cypionate was 150mg EOD. GH was the same.
Arimidex was 1mg EOD. I took the dex a little more frequently to mitigate the water retention.
I have never had issues with prolactin or estrogen issues, gyno, etc. during December and January I took my test down to 350mg weekly, split into 2 shots a week, and only other thing I ran was my GH at 4iu before bed. I was also running BPC157 at 500mcg 3x a day to help rehab my damn Tricep. I also got PRP injections in the tricep elbow distal insertion. Helped a lot!

I’m doing 3 diff things for my shoulder, PRP is one of them. As of now, don’t even know I have a shoulder it’s that good. We are going to do another MRI to compare, to see if we have any cartilage repair/ regrowth. Lots of good data on knees, not much on shoulders.And never heard of it being used on the elbow, but why not . . . another ‘joint’.

Is insurance covering the shots?

I paid for it my self but it wasent that bad had 3 treatments on each elbow both inside and outside of elbow and paid in total just shy of 7k USD

You could get stem cells and exosomes in the U.S. now for that price point.

That sounds a bit dear to me . . . ~ $1,000 per visit . . . but if it works and you can afford it than full steam ahead I say.

My doctor did not think insurance would cover it (experimental?) or only part of it but we never got a bill for it so there ya go.

I think I am due for another when I visit next which is determined by how I feel, only visit when my shoulder hurts, so I am not on a ‘preventative’ schedule. And like I said earlier here(?) there is no protocol for this with me, just going by feel now, there is a lot of wiggle room regarding frequency from the literature I have read which is heavily anecdotal if memory serves.

Hell no, lol. They will cover H-acid shots, cortisone, but not prp yet. I had a place called Orthopedic One here in Columbus do mine and they gave me a discount if I would participate in a rightly conducted study on prp injections. The objective is to gather enough patient participant trials to pitch to the insurance companies to start covering a certain % for their clients. They call me every 3 weeks and I have to fill out this updated form via email.
 
What’s up fellas! Been few weeks. Been grinding on the prep. This Saturday everything gets 100% cleaned up. No more cheats, unless needed, cardio goes up daily in the morning to 35-40 minutes fasted.
got my cycle finally typed out. I’ve done this so damn long I usually just know in my head and can remember it, but I typed it out to share with yall.

Now I know this isn’t some nutty ass PRO cycle where it’s 3+ grams. I’ve never done that crazy shit and never will. Throughout most of this plan, you will see I stay in the 1500-2g range.

I also keep the Tren at a basic amount, nothing crazy. If I go over 500mg weekly, my sleep goes to shit and I get insomnia really bad.

Things may change as I go along, but as of now, this is what I have set.

All gear is provided by @SunrisePharma except the parabolan. Well and my Adex is an actual script from my doc.

- PREP UPDATE -

Start of week 3, 11 weeks out from my show on October 17th in Florida.
Started prep at 270, now 257. Little bit quicker drop than expected, water yes, but also good BF loss thus far. My metabolism is just bulldozing through my food.
Macros are currently:
P- 450
C- 475
F- 55g
Cardio- 30 min every morning on recumbent bike. 10 min warm up on treadmill before every lift.
Today I had my first cheat, just a burger with mashed potatoes and bowl of cereal. I’m not a huge fan of refeed cheat meals but it was needed and it gives me a nice family time dinner with my kids to be “normal” and not hear my daughter say “daddy can’t have ice cream he’s on the chicken again”.

Cycle is good as planned out. Although, I did throw in SLU 2 weeks ago as it has sparked my interest over the last few months and I will say I do believe it has made a difference. Only doing 250mcg 2x daily. With morning cardio and again preworkout.
