Prep to Pro Show begins

I need to amend my last post, because I had not scrolled down far enough to see your update from yesterday… What an incredible prep you’re having, I cannot wait to see the finished product!

Thanks brother, I’ve learned over the years, when I go too high, BP goes up, and I in general feel sluggish and like crap.

Thanks brother. So far, so good. Main thing has been a priority on sleep and stress. And just by those 2 factors, it has been smooth. No hunger, not tired, good digestion. It’s the simple things like those that seem to make or break prep.
 
Little bit of a prep update. Body weight is still around 255 pounds. Way of staying around that pretty consistently for the last few weeks while my body fat is substantially dropping. Here’s a few clips for my chest workout yesterday and a front muscle muscular pose. Currently sitting eight weeks out as of today from the Hurricane pro. Energies pretty decent, as long as I get my sleep. Honestly can’t really complain that much as this prep has been smooth sailing so far.

Thanks brother, I love shoulder day but lately haven’t been able to fully hit them just due to some arthritis going on and I have a tiny ass small tear in the supra rotator. So I have been taking it easy until that heals up. Sucks getting old
 
Well, show is about here. Haven’t been on here as I have been super busy, family life, work, but 4 more days until the Hurricane Pro. Sitting at 244 lbs fasted in am. Last workout is Tuesday, carb up starts weds and goes halfway through Thursday then back down to normal meals. Total of 8 high carb meals of around 125g carbs at each meal. Regular meals have about 65-70g carbs. Fats, low as possible except from whole eggs, lean beef, and little PB added. Protein is low. Maybe 150g weds, then 200g Thursday. Show day, only eggs for breakfast with 100g cream of rice, dates, salt added back in, then it’s rice and rice cakes, honey and little egg whites rest of day.
Water is 2.5 gallons until Thursday which goes to 1 gallon, then show day is 32 ounces all day.
No diuretics, some dandelion if needed Thursday evening.
