PREP without TREN ??

has anyone here prepped without TREN and compared their results to past shows where they used tren?

1. did you achieve same conditioning ?

2. what other changes did you make to compensate for no tren? ie. diet longer, more cardio , or use more of other compounds ?

i am parting ways without tren, and want to be able to bring best package so just curious of others experiences. i know No one compound is needed, but i have heard people say you just can't get a certain look without tren and i want to know if thats true based on your experices?

Yes sir. Switched from 8 weeks Sust 500, to EOD test Prop w winstrol (50-75mg) and the ECA stack for 4 weeks. This was early on and I had zero funds, every $$ went into my food. I looked great but, of course would not recommend for anyone who can’t take Winny. Diet and cardio 7 days a week w high water intake and I created a great overall package. The ECA stack cost me more than the prop! Lol

I hadn’t done tren at the time. I looked better than my friends who were on tren. But the answer is No(for me). Once I tried it at 200/200 tp/ta , for 6 weeks, OMG. It was dramatic. Tren is in its own ballpark. That being said, if you put in the time, you definitely can get the look w/o tren if you have a solid background and are more patient. It is not fast & furious, but test/primo/ w some Win-Var can 100% do the job. It is all past experience, muscle maturity and time , TBH.

Good Luck . Remember, tren wasn’t even around until the late 80’s and some of my favorite BB were pre tren. I just make my decision and stick with it.
 
Yes you can! The most important part of getting that look is getting as much subcutaneous water out as possible, then you can achieve that hard dry look as with tren, you also have to make sure you are full enough to have your muscles pushing tight against your skin and of course #1 thing is get inside out peeled. Dry drugs toward the end of prep helps also with "the look" primo, winstrol, halo, proviron for examples.
Tren's best quality is its anti-catabolic effects other than that you can achieve the same look as you do with tren. Tren just makes it a little easier to get there.

I competed one year with tren, clen, and t3 then the next year did the same show without tren, clen, or t3. I liked how I looked better without the tren/clen/t3, I didn't get quite as hard but I was bigger and fuller and had an overall better look. They are DEFINITELY not required.

This is what i was looking for. thanks. Actually to be honest, things do come easier on tren, and i have slacked and still gotten in really good shape. Diet will have to be on POINT without it.

What did you use than?
 
I prefer my look on primo mast prop then on tren and prop. Much better fuller look. Body fat? Matter of time and diet not compounds. You just can't outgear poor diet.
 
I’m currently cutting deep to the point I might jump in a comp if I’m ready.

Compared to last cut, which was test/tren/mast var, I’m bigger (it’s a couple of years later too), fuller and as lean as then but I’m missing some hardness atm. Not finished cutting at this point either.

im currently on test/primo/ gh.

I don’t think you can replicate the tren look without tren but I think test/primo/gh/Winny/ proviron can give you a look that’s “good enough” for the stage. Or at least an amateur comp.
 
when I run tren e I feel a bit bloat, less with tren ace, but my arms/shoulders /legs still in good condition, i always look better when switch to cruise with 150 test-150 mast.
 
No tren for me for my last two shows
Won both shows
Better conditioning
Dryer and leaner
Mental headspace was much better as well
Its a compound that definitely helps but not necessary
Diet and Training can get you where you want to be

Diet and training all day. Yes yes yes. It’s just to much discipline for a lot of people. The same fuckers that think there is a drug doing it to me and the starvation and brutal training and lifestyle I live have little to do with it. By the way Brock the look awesome brotha. And you look like your having a good time up there. Keep pushing it. You’ll go far.
