Any negative effects towards buliding up my muscles. Any input is appreciated.
Lack of drive and focus in the gym and loss of appetite. Thats been my experience
if I take them before bed which I cant see any other time 2 take em due to not wanting to move, I sweat my ass off all night and wake up cold. anyone else experience this?
Like most others have stated they will make you very groggy. I found that I had to take one as early as 5pm - 6pm just to function properly the next day. If I took one after 9pm I'd be groggy until noon the next day.
