I'll post some good MRP, pre-workouts, post-workouts, weight gainers intra-workouts, etc. in this thread.
First up.
The Pump Weight Gainer:
For this one put it in this order cause otherwise it's rather harder to consume. Start out by putting about 5oz of water in the blender, after you put this in, put another few ounces depending on how you desire of thickness.
1) 1.5 scoops WPI or WPI/WPC Blend- 40g protein: 165 CALORIES
2)3/4c Rice Oligedextrin- 69g Carbs(4.5g sugar): 285 CALORIES
Rice Oligedextrin is not really easy to find at most places, but it's a very, very low GI carb with a great affinity for superhydration effect provided water content is there. So you can expect fullness, vascularity, and density with this powerful carb source. It's also low sugar, but rather thick.
3) 1 scoop Hemp Protein Powder- 13g protein, 9g carbs(6g fiber,1g sugar), 3g fat- 120 CALORIES
4) 3 teaspoon MCT Oil- 7.5g fat, 9g carbs- 105 CALORIES
5) 2 tablespoon Hershey's Chocolate Sugar Free Syrup- 4-5g carbs- 10-15 CALORIES
TOTALS: 685-700 CALORIES(53g protein, 92g carbs, 10.5g fat)
You can go Chocolate Protein with Strawberry syrup and have chocolate-strawberry gainer, or Cinnamon roll protein with Chocolate and have a Chocolate Cinnamon Roll one. Either ways it tastes great.
