X2 bro....my cool gym, that had multiple squat racks and hack squats closed up 8 years ago. I've had to use a family Y since.

I miss a hack squat machine.

Oh man, you should see this gym...unbelievable..more videos to come. Going back to hit chest and shoulders next weekend...yes I am going to invent some more stuff too..haha..

I do train really hard, but you know what, I actually like it..I actually get enjoyment out of knowing i can do that to my body and stay healthy. The one thing that people probably don't understand Betito is that I cycle the volume up and down, but not so much intensity..I like to do 6 week phases of brutality, and then I bring volume way down for 2-3 weeks, and still do the crazy drop sets and such...but much less total sets. in 2 weeks it feels like you are born again...you feel great...then it's murder time again....haha..
