Pretty Simple.. AAS+Lots of Protein= muscle growth

Too much protein can make you fat!
 
I think his physique walks the walk a bit more than some are giving him credit for.
It's hard to fill in a frame that tall, and he looks pretty solid to me.
When he says a certain protocol worked for him, I believe him.... maybe its not optimum, but it looks to me like its working for him.

I agree. I am not saying he looks phenominal that would be silly. But I think some people seem to forget when your tall and fairly lean your not gonna look as wide as someone 5ft8 in pics alone. I know a few very short guys (5ft 3 etc) and if they posted their pics people would say fuck he is wide and huge etc. In reality I dwarf them in every sense and I am nothing special.. it's gonna take time before I get wide and huge in response to pics I post.

For most very tall (and lean) guys it takes years to appear huge in pics alone. There are guys who are 280 pounds and lean and in real life complete beasts yet in pics alone they look more like 220. By reason of that and his job etc I think kidwicked is looking really good. So I am definately not trying to flatter his ego by any means. I sometimes do that to people who were maybe fat and have improved alot. But kidwicked needs no flattering imo.

Regarding the protein question I don't get any issues apart from rare occurences. I think rotation is great for this though so if anyone ever uses alot of shakes per day try to mix the protein souces up. As JJ stated blends are great too... I seem to respond better to blends... you wouldn't think it but even more so then many top whey isolates. It's all about finding the brands/blends that work for you and your stomach :)
