Preventative maintenance/being pro-active with BPC-157

Does anyone do this regularly or while on trt or a cycle? I was thinking most people use it to heal damage once it has already occurred, but why not use it to strengthen tendons, ligaments, etc on trt/aas?
I read a post from the guerilla chemist where he suggests 250-1000mcg daily for up to 4 weeks.

I immediately thought...
250mcg daily week1
500mcg daily week2
750mcg daily week3
1000mcg daily week4
OFF (if truly necessary)
Repeat

Or stay on a maintenance dose of it daily, eod, etc.

I think mobility work would be more useful in this regard.

We can try to heal an area beforehand, but we can also prevent those imbalances and injuries from happening in the first place by working on those stabilizer muscles, and ligaments surrounding the muscle tissue. Are there conclusive studies with BPC and it's affects on the damaged tissue/tendon?

Yoga is very beneficial in this regard as it loosens you up considerably, and forces you to be in positions that activate those muscle groups.

There's an old broomstick shoulder rehab recommendation from DC on intense muscle that I've been recently doing, and my shoulders feel so much better and mobile just doing these dislocates with a long stick 30-50 reps a day.

We should all do more rotator cuff exercises, more knee and lower body mobility movements, stretch more, get some blood into the area (you HIT fanatics are well served in this regard), and avoid movements that you know lead to nothing but trouble later down the road (ie. Bench Press).

Just my thoughts. :)
 
Have you not read about BPC-157? It's pretty remarkable/miraculous.

Defo think it’s a good idea. If anyone has any niggles etc then inject it into the site where the injury is
 
I've used bpc a few times and never really felt much difference. I've used different protocols, but never "felt" much different. Seemed like a waste of money to me.

Same. I tried different protocols and from different vendors and it never really did anything.

Which BPC-157 didn’t work for you guys? Ive got some Grindstone Labs and Agricon Labs bpc

It increases expression of the GH receptor.

It is pretty miraculous from all credible accounts, and I would hope that women even use it to maintain the connective tissue in their breasts. :D
