For those of you who have a preworkout meal, how far out before your workout do you have your meal? I'm gonna try to have a preworkout meal starting this week, but now sure how far out it should be? I'm usually out of work about 5pm and in the gym by 6pm. Besides a protein drink at 5pm when getting off work I usually never eat. I'm just not hungry. But want to try a PreWO meal to see if I have any new gains in the next 2 months. All thoughts and suggestions are welcomed.
