Now when I'm on cycle I don't take much stims preworkout..

Half scoop of iForce Conquer at max.. With 2 sublingual tablets of FRL 5-Alpha Test (DHT precursor). Gives needed boost when I'm tired.

We original assault was great but when they changed it....horrible compared to the old formula. The pump, taste, the mix,...everything on it decreased. In fact muscle feast's original products were all awesome and when they changed the formulas they just were not up to par any more.

I have tried Nitrolyze stim version and its really good. Tastes a little bad but it works well.

Nitraflex is REALLY GOOD. But I hate the 325mg caffeine per 1 scoop.

I take 1.5 scoops of either but as I said....Nitraflex would be much better with less caffeine.

I'll be trying Gaspari's new pre workout in a matter of days.

I've tried MANY stims, but these four are my all-time top favs:

#1 APS - Phenadrine – HANDS-DOWN #1!!! This formula had something special (the Acacia rigidula?)!
I've NEVER experienced anything like it. It gave the SUPER energy of Redline… (MINUS the out of control, CRAZED feeling + crash) and has the gentlest 'come-down'; there was never even the slightest crash! Another really important part: the appetite suppression was like non-other!!! Sadly I'm down to my last bottle and this product is getting harder and harder to find. Anyhow, I've never experienced such potent (and LASTING) appetite suppression. And the fact that this product considerably outperformed all else I've taken to date is truly remarkable, (considering that the first time I ever used it was 2013, after 10 yrs. of almost constant stim. use… so I was pretty much immune to everything, or so I thought).

#2 Three-way tie between:

• ErgoPharm/ErgoGenics - ErgoBurn / AMP / AMP-V2 (basically all the versions were awesome IMO, up to ErgoShred which I found inferior to the others… then again, it's not really a fair comparison because my body was a lot more stim tolerant by the time ErgoShred came around).
• LG - Rezolution
• Anabolic Xtreme - Stim-X (5+ yrs. ago when it came in the orange capsules… i.e before they changed the formula by adding yohimbine; which ruined it for me cuz I do NOT tolerate yohimbine well at all!)

I just got two Gaspari Superpump 3.0 sent to me...and WOW.

For once, it seems someone has done their homework on pre workout. Species Nitrolyze had several of the same ingredients but one thing that pissed me off is only 50mg of Agmatine. I don't even understand why it's put in at that little of an amount.

Gaspari Superpump 3.0......a TWO serving dose yields:

400mg caffeine(I wish this was a bit less)
5g Creapure Creatine
1g agmatine sulfate
3.2g Carnosyn Beta Alanine
2g Leucine (2:1:1 bcaa ratio)
1g Tyrosine
610mg Choline Bitartrate
10mg Bioperine


This looks freakin fantastic! Will be test driving today!
