Primary hypogonadism

Hello guys, hope you’re well.
Had bloods yesterday after 3 months off testosterone trying for a baby with my wife. Used 2500iu HCG for around 6 weeks before I ran out 3 weeks ago, been using enclomiphene 25mg for the past week.


LH: 5.9 iu/L (it was 0.3 8 weeks ago)
FSG: 5.2 iu/L (0.3 8 weeks ago)
E2: 11.98 ng/L
Testosterone: 98.06 ng/dL (980 ng/L)

seems like primary. LH and FSH are good but test very low. Getting a sperm test soon. Anyone have similar bloods to this? Not sure what this means or how to fix this

it's probably a testicular problem, did you have testicular ultrasound?

How long were you on steroids? Did you use HCG with your steroid use?

10 years, only used HCG last 18 months on and off.
Seeing a specialist soon but waiting list is long here
I’m happy to see lh/fsh up
But not sure if that low level of test can produce sperm. My goal is solely fertility, after that I can get back on test

this is pretty much what i did but half the dose of HMG and added clomid. felt like shit for 3-4 months but got the job done. From 0 sperm count to 108mil

I’ve been using gear for about 10 years as well and also was diagnosed with Hypogonadism. My lh fsh and natural test levels are all in the gutter. I used a protocol very similar to this one. And it worked for me. My lady is pregnant with our baby as we speak.

Yes, I used a similar protocol twice. The first time took about 9 months to get my wife pregnant and the second time was a little less than 3 months.
