10mg would be fine, if holding subq water the last week, increase to 15mg, then IF NEEDED 20mg.

Also increasing stims and using something simple like xpel works great for most females. No need to dabble into hard diuretics...

Why not emphasize diet, cardio and training instead of drugs? It seems drugs are all you care about...

Anavar is low androgen index and water retention, much safer than most of others

If you are a female and is willing to use Anavar you need to understand that Anavar increase's muscle mass, and decrease's fat.
Which means that when you step on the scale your weight could be higher than what it was before using Anavar. However, it's all clean muscle weight.
At least that's how it worked for me.
It also increased my strength, and when I stopped taken it, I excepted decrease in my strength, but I was shocked to learn that my strength remained the same. Of course you need to eat clean, and continue taking your supplements. But over all it was well worth it.
