Well, there's an argument to be made that Primo ISN'T actually a DHT derivative, but the short answer is no, and other *true* DHT derivatives don't increase DHT either.
That being said, Primo (and pretty much all AAS) may indirectly effect the action of your endogenous DHT by lowering SHBG which would increase the amount of unbound DHT in your body vs. bound, etc.
