I think its great!!! Just some guys who made some mistakes in life and are doing the best they can to turn shit around and feel good. Good for them, especially for not using any drugs or probably even supplements or half of the whole foods we eat. My best mates is doing 8 years currently and when he was on the outside he had quite a big problem with nubain and although he still looked good on the outside, he seemed to have focues and cleaned up a lot more in jail.

he's benching more than he's ever benched before and he's looking a lot healthier for being natural.

when he gets out i hope he can stick to the same discipline

Guy I know is doing a couple of years.

He juicing more now than he ever was on the outside! No joke. He's bigger now than he was on the outside.

Other prisoners also give them much of their food so he's able to keep putting on mass.

ive seen some guys in my place with UNREAL genetics... and we dont have weights.. they can to pullup, and dips outside if they get yard thats it..of course they make shift weight bags and all that shit...

i thnk the avg inmate has higher test levels, thus the aggression that lands them there..but they also have 24 hrs to sleep/trai/eat/repeat...

Didnt have any weights in Arizona's prisons. Sand bags or water bags was about the best you could get. Squats with dudes on your shoulders at the pullup bars. Pulls and dips were available plus lots of pushups. They dont like to feed ya hardly any protien though. If ya aint got money coming in or got some game on the inside your gonna get smaller (if your big that is). Being around almost all men each day can make ya testy. One gets to be real good at reeding peoples body language. Lieing and manipulation is the name of the game.

anyway i did three years in the joint and there were plenty of ways to get enough food to get big. when i was there creatine was available as well as cans of tuna in the lower security levels. believe it or not they let me order a 10 pound jugs of protein 6 months before my release from a secure level 1.

i gained 35 pounds of muscle in there. i contribute this to getting alot of sleep and eating a ton. think no stress of paying bills and a bitching wife... all you have to do is eat, train, sleep. bad part is no pussy...... hence you end up look like the guys in the video lol.....j/k
