I came to this forum for help. 3 years ago my test levels were in the low 300's. Feeling not like a man. Got labs and doc blessed me with a prescription.

Fast forward to now. 5 months in on TRT (100mg Test Cyp E7D). My problem is i did have erection problems and arousal before TRT and and now that i am 5 months in... nothing has changed...

Looking for advice from the forum so i can fix my problem....

I really think your Estrogen is too low. You lose your libido with low Estrogen. Your Test looks good. What is your AI dose?

@MaineGuy...no AI brother......I was told by members on other forums to spilt my injections of 100mg test cyp every monday .... to 50mg's on monday and 50mg's on thursday to balance out E2.

Wondering if my LDL cholesterol could be the cause of my erection problems too.......

LDL? Definitely not the cause. Your estrogen is really low as Maineguy pointed out; that is the only thing that I am seeing that could cause the problem unless it is not hormonal related.

Could be a couple different things. Estradiol was already mentioned. How's your blood pressure? Did you speak to your doctor about the high hemo and hema? Combined with high cholesterol I imagine your blood pressure is high and contributing to ED.

@Kwon47 these labs i will be taking to Doc next month. I have already addressed hematocrit. Donated blood last monday and they checked my blood pressure 2 or 3 times while i was there and didn't say anything.....will probably be donating every 3 months to keep hematocrit in check as advised.

Currently for my Cholesterol i am taking the following:

Vitamin C
L Lysine
L Proline
Lecithin granules
n acetylcysteine

As your dr about HGC, it will raise your estrogen and help with lipids and possibly help with libido. Also get prolactin checked.

@Cerberus777.... My doc doesn't deal with HCG.. Liability issue.

My PSA was 0.8

I had the same problem. Even though my testosterone levels were back to normal, my erections not all that great and libido was ok. Estrogen is kinda on the low side to. I take this everyday.
Liquid TADA (Liquid Cialis) - 12.5mg
Liquid Prami - 0.5mg (started at 0.1mg and increased it each week until 0.5mg)
Then once a week I'll take Melanotan II for tanning (helps on libido to) and on Fridays, I take iPT-141.
I get strong hard ons through out the day and my libido is very high now (I feel like a teenager again). I used to need 100mg of Viagra, but now if I take 50mg of Viagra with what I'm doing above, I'm Superman (she calls me Batman for reasons I won't mention here. I don't need the Viagra though and haven't take Viagra in a long time.

I had to take Proslic and Clarton D for the first month or two for the stuffed nose and gerd while sleeping. My body is used to it now, so I don't need that anymore.

They also sell Liquid tadaliafil (Cialis) which is the same as Liquid Tada that I have. Cialis never did anything for me until I started taking PT-141 and Prami.

Liquid Prami is the liquid version of Pramipexole which ups dopamine and lowers prolactin. I have the caber and prami pills, but I don't use them because they are more expensive then the liquid prami.
