Before a hard training day I watch BloodnGuts but not for Dorian..god i have alot of books like 15+ about everything from steroids to training etc only got 1 dvd and thats Blood & guts extra long edition with diff clips from guest posings etc
Now actual books me and the wife have like 11-1200 books between us we read alot..

I listen to his training partner and get dudes voice screaming in my head and take it with me to the gym with my intra!
I have the extended watch his night judging at the Grand Prix and you can CLEARLY hear his training partner before each shot over the entire crowd. “Show them Diesel!” “That’s it!”
That’s an Olympian level training partner in any era I think.
