Pro Muscle Media Celebrity Interview, Luki, by The Underground Ep. 3

Thank you very much for sharing it I really appreciate it🙏🏻 And big thanks to @TheOtherOne55 for inviting me to the podcast.

I want to explain one thing. Writing in English is much, much easier for me. When I write I can use a dictionary a translator if I don't be sure something and I can take more time to think about what I want to say.
But I accepted the invitation because for me it’s a great way to learn and improve my English. On a daily basis, I don’t really speak English face to face with anyone. I only record voice messages for my clients or reply to emails in English. So doing a live podcast is a real challenge for me.

But it’s also a great lesson. And I love learning and improving myself. That’s why I decided to do it.

Thanks again🙏🏻💪🏻

Luki, don't sell yourself short. On your channel from your first clip to your most recent clip it's obvious your English has improved. If any of you haven't see any of Luki's short clips on YouTube, he has his own YouTube channel in English:

Thank you Bro, but I'm doing automatic translation on my channel 😅

watched it and Luki's english skills are more than enough to transmit the message. I vote for a part 2!

Looking forward to listening, the other podcasts he has done have been very good, Lukis english is a lot better than what he makes it out to be on the forums.

i got chatgpt to write a little summary of whats being covered:

  • A coach and competitor traces his path into bodybuilding
  • Coming up in an era with limited access to information
  • Being noticed and encouraged by someone further along
  • Learning through years of hands-on trial and error
  • Juggling the demands of coaching others while chasing his own goals
  • Building a career around helping athletes improve
  • Revisiting old habits and questioning long-held beliefs
  • Sharing what the journey has taught him so far
  • Continuing to work with those who share his passion

I seldom listen to interviews and such, but I will be listening to this one for sure this weekend. Thanks guys

This is a really fun conversation @luki7788!
Always interesting to hear your experiences and perspective. 💪

@TheOtherOne55 add timestamps really great idea so big thanks to @Flocci for idea💪🏻

From my own experience, when a podcast is very long a lot of people just won’t watch it if they have to scroll through the whole thing to find the part they care about. Chapters fix that immediately because they can jump straight to the topic.

I’d also tweak the title a bit. Put one interesting or even slightly controversial topic in the title so people know there’s something specific worth clicking for. Then after the title you can list the main subjects we talk about. Something like:

Podcast with Kevin, Luki, Matt: insulin, bloodwork myths, contest prep mistakes

And in the description put full timestamps for every topic.
This combo works well. Clear topic in the title + detailed chapters in the description. More people click and more importantly they actually stay and watch.

This podcast is great idea all the way around. Just the amount of information that board members here can provide is endless. The amount of knowledge on this board has always been more than enough whether it’s nutrition, supplements,Peds, deep dives into science Etc. Everything you need is and always been right here! Interviews with board members would be all that’s needed. Good luck with podcast. Subscribed

Really enjoyed this one as well.

It shows how much you both love bodybuilding.

Luki I would much rather listen to you then most of the experts now a days.

Kev now I know why gay dudes are always hitting on you 👀👀😅

Good Listen! Thanks for sharing, awesome of you guys to do this 🤘
