If you look at the pics of dave and then after.. The dude kept a good amount of muscle... especially in his legs and lost a great deal of fat and overall weight.. He was committed to getting in the best shape of his life.

Great job man. I'm working with Alex also, it's funny cause he has me eating all these carbs yet I'm getting leaner. Fuck the keto diets that leave you drained and looking flat as a pancake all day. I'm eating up to six starchy carb meals a day, and I'm getting neck, ab, and pec veins. I was going to send him a pic. today, but he's going to see me in person this week and he just may say "Scott your doing such a great job, go eat 10 cheesecakes"

Thanks for your post..... but.. i do believe in earning the cheat meals.. For most people i dont have cheat meals unless they really need them. Dave lost a ton of weight and kept a ton of muscle .. i dont remember any cheat meals in his plan..he was so focused he didnt want any, and i knew it..

and it's not even everything about the way you look...you can tell you FEEL so much better! yes, we all know we in this sport like to "look good", but its also about helping others, changing lifestyles to also be healthier than we were, etc.
