I have been fortunate enough to be a part of TrueNutrition and personally use the products everyday to facilitate my results.

I have no clue how I might do at this show -- of course I want to win, but at he end of the day -- its about bringing in my best PERSONAL package. I know I have lot's of work to do after this.

I am starting to figure my body chemistry out rather well -- things should get good after this year.

Shout out to BiggMIKE295 for being a great friend to me for the last 4 years. We look out for each other, and do good things for one another without expecting "anything in return." This industry has a lot of fake people who want something -- I have been blessed with great people in my corner.

Made my month Phil. You are someone who possesses a physique that made my jaw drop in 1995 and that SAME physique would make anyone's jaw drop in 2015!

That is how incredible your physical stature is -- non-arguable.

Unfortunately had less than optimal leg workouts this off-season so was very limited. After this year (given I feel healthy in the knee/low back department) I can really make leaps in lower body improvements.
