Nothing surprising or new..Matt is the truth!! As a human being alone!! I have been telling Pro Muscle for years to make him a "featured member." He is truly a great friend and walks the walk. I rank Matt as one of the best prep coaches PERIOD!!!! I challenge anyone to dispute that claim too. Matt goes out of his way to make sure you are okay and is so inquistive and knowledgeable. Salute you lil brother!!!!!!!!! Matt does his own prep too. None of that bs cookie cutter crap; or that one size fits all. If he tells you something, bet ya bottom dollar he is speaking from a place of expierence. He is the KING of conditioning!!! Love ya kid. Lata!!!

Thanks guys -- appreciate the words.

I had a wonderful time in L.A. and was very happy with what I brought. I was my personal best and that was my goal. I wanted to show up separated and hard, and give it my all and that is what I did.

Sure -- the overall would have been amazing, but winning my class of 13 felt unreal!

I learned some valuable lessons from this prep regarding how easily I dry out and over secret fluid etc... will make some corrections and perhaps do one more show.
