Pro tips to stimulate lat growth

How do you program the chins? I believe you like full-body 3x, something like 3 sets m,w,f a different variation? Aim to increase reps or weight on the first set?
It doesn’t matter. I just did them every workout, one ‘style’ or another. And always striving to add weight or reps.
 
A lot of good advice here. 1 get bigger overall. 2 pull with elbows
Wide pull downs and BB rows. For BB rows i like 2 heavy sets. And a lighter with squeezing and contracting the lats.3 For pull downs I. Like Rack chins. Thinking pull down with elbows but the action is like getting out of the deep end of a pool. It's more of an arce than Strait down.
 
Do more pull downs pull ups and pull overs . I use to train back twice a week . One day was made up of rows / deads . The other day was mostly pull downs / pull ups , pull over variations . I turned a weak body part into one of my best training that way . But it takes time and make sure your getting enough calories in .
 
I found hanging from the pull up bar once my back had a really nice pump, that made the wings really spread big time. I'll generally do this at the end of my workout. I'll do cable pullovers, high rep, tight squeeze, and then hang from the bar for a long as I can take it. There's some pain, but it actually feels really good.
 
You need to focus more on growing your overall back. Nice slow and controlled and flex hard
