Probably stupid peptide question

I have unopened BPC that’s about 6 months old and bac water. I didn’t freeze them just left them in the package at room temp. Still fine to use?

Yes, and don't freeze your peptides, just put them in the fridge

Because freezing will brake apart most peps, specially gh, insulin and igf

This may be true for gh, but other peptides such as ghrp’s, ghrh’s and glp’s are recommended to be stored frozen. It’s the constant freeze thaw cycle that can ruin them. It’s recommended to freeze them for long term storage.

Apologies should have been clearer. Not mixed and neither peptide nor bac water has been touched. Both brand new. Thanks
