Problem with Cyber-rights?

For some reason I can't send an encrypted e-mail to a safe-mail account from my cyber-rights acct. I have never had any problems doing this before. It says that one recipient is not registered to receive secure e-mail? Any ideas? The only thing that I can come up with is that the safe-mail acct is no longer active? But I can send e-mails to the same acct unencripted

The only type of services I've been able to send encrypted messages to from my cyber-rights account are Hushmal and other Cyber-Rights (Elite should also as it's a hush-encryption program - just never tried) accounts.

I have not checked my account in a while so, I needed to get a new one. The problem is that it will let me create a new addy but when at the create password screen it will not go any further. any ideas???
