Problem with hardend prop

I've had cloudy vials before and boiled them to clear them up but I just got a batch that have completely geld up in the vial. Almost like hard glue.

Ive never seen this before. Any one have feedback?
May be from the cold weather we've had but they have been at room temp for a while.

What kind of oil is it? I have some stuff from a sponsor that uses a different oil than most and if I leave the room it's in too cold, it looks like it gets solid. I just run my sink until it gets really hot and fill up the bottom until it is below the cap and within a few minutes it's good to go.

Its most likely coconut oil. Boiling it isn't necessary. Just hold it under hot water for a few minutes or even a closed fist and it will liquify again. Coconut oil will harden below about 76 degrees.
