Just got my first batch of lbas and within fiften minutes had drank half of a jug of lbas and a half gallon of almond milk...nothing compares to LBA Choc/van almond milk. How in gods name are you supposed to consume these in moderation.. and i look pumped as shit right now...liquid gold!
The first thing I thought when I saw this thread title was, "I bet this is a LBA praise thread." And now I gotta take my ass down to the local 7-11 and buy a stack of lottery tickets.
But I've got to disagree on the almond milk. Raw milk and chocolate LBA is the one to beat. If I had this version of chocolate milk as a kid I would have been unstoppable.

for safety reasons, refrigerating after breaking hot seal is recommended... however myself and most everyone else don't and haven't had any problems thus far... I left a gallon jug on a a counter by a sunny window for a month, still GTG...
They are good to go! My only small pain in the ass complaint, is that they are crazy sweet, I have zero sweet tooth so it's super rich for me. But again not complaining about results or quality at all. Just being a bit of a nancy haha

excellent i just can't fit the gallon jug in the fridge with the pump on , also for mixing with milk i like them to be warmer they stir right up. I mine as well just have a direct deposit taken out of my bank account and deposited to your pay pal every month cuz i'm hooked on these.. extremely convenient on my 12 hour doubles( i work at the busiest restaurant in colorado so barely have time to scarf stuff down)
