I am back on cycle and have am on week 2 am taking Sustanon @ 750 per wk and 50mg d-bol. I have been having trouble urinating (little dribble here,little dribble there)and am wondering what I could take otc in combination w/ saw palmetto.

Guessing that the prostate is not too happy. Try the saw palmetto but if it keeps up see a urologist.

Propecia helps... I know some guys feel that it kills their gains... and it might. It is also counter productive during PCT -- but its probably better than having benign prostate hyperplasia.

That being said -- I typically get this problem on cycle, and it eventually goes away.

Saw Palmetto will help along with Cranberry extract not the juice. However I do advise you to see a doctor and have your prostate checked to be sure you are cancer free. Once you are checked and are cancer free the doctor can prescribe medication for your prostate which would be more effective then the saw palmetto.

I have been off 8wk I seem to get problems always on cycle and 3-5 wk post cycle it gets back to normal. Like you said it crept up on me very fast and is concerning like you said.

try beta sitosterol, its a lot more effective than saw plametto. i tried some prostate miracle and it worked great (it has beta sitosterol). also, ephedra and clen will really aggrevate your prostate (i did me and i could hardly piss) but it goes away. flomax relaxes smooth muscles and can help too. make sure your estro levels are not too high either

I am at that age + I am on TRT where I get one once a year. We were talking about Dennis Hopper and as my doctor said, prostate cancer is pretty common in men, especially as they get older. But its very treatable when caught early in the process.

i just had one too and he said its not enlarged and psa was normal. i am on hrt now too so will be getting them more often. i just remember ephedra really aggravated my prostate to the point where i had to pee every hour. no more ephedra for me

Do you take saw palmetto in combination with the miracle or flomax?

Best thing is to see the doc. I had the exact same problem. My doc knows I use and he prescribed avodart. Have lost a little muscle hardness but the urine problem is much better. I read it also helps with acne but I've never had an acne problem. Hope this helps.

I am 22 and I definitely dont like anything going up my ass! But I will make an appointment for sure.

at 22 you not have to really worry about psa levels it would be most rare if anything like that...dbs do it to me quick too...after a while i get use to it and it dies down a little each week..at about 5 weeks it almost cleared up...some of us are more sensitive to sides of dbs

Just wanted to say thanks for the advice/support and to give an update. I have been taking 1800mg of saw palmetto a day, 2pills twice aday, and have been able to urinate w/ no problem. It is definitely a relief to be able to pee lol.

I don't know if anyone mentioned this but frequent ejaculation also helps with this issue. I tried to sell this to my wife but she wasn't buying. I even had the doc tell her the same thing. I got an A for effort I guess. She told me that I would just have to "rub one out" when I felt I needed a pressure relief.

i have this same problems on certain cycles after a few weeks......i also take saw palmetto 4 pills @ 450mg a day and it always improves......
