Maybe you need a break from the gear. Diet doesn't look bad I maintain 210lbs on less food then that.
 
It didn't seem bunk when I ran my first cycle and got up to 225...but now that I can budge past 200 is sure seems like it is lol...

Diet:
1. 50g whey shake, 2 tbl almond butter, banana
2. .5 pound chicken, cup of noodles
3. 2 cups egg whites, oats, strawberries
4. .5 pound steak, 2 cups rice
5. Casein shake, orange juice, almond butter, spinach (sometimes cup of ice cream)

as others have said man, your lucky if those cals would break 2500. I think your diet could use some work.
 
good to see there are still some bright bro's on this board.

This thread went down the wrong path with people all talking about diet this, diet that. That is without a shadow of a doubt, not the main culprit here. The rest of what he says about losing muscle doesn't add up. It's not like he eats raisins all day

buy some new gear, pay a little more attention to your diet, and work out smart.

if you dont start gaining weight you have much bigger probs.

based on the info given there isnt much more to say, except maybe learn a bit more before you do it again...
