I've always wanted to try it, but just wasn't sure how good it really is. What's a typical ETA in the states?

That and also - probably even more eloquent - the fact injectable L-Carnitine requires a script in most EU countries (in pharmacies under the brand name Levocarnil, sold by box of 5 amps of 5 ml each dosed at 200 mg/ml just like Synthetine - that btw comes in bottles of 100 ml's... so infinitely more convenient).

Why would a substance be classified as a prescription medicine only if it hadn't proven effective? At least SYNTHETINE requires no script... until when, that's another question...

Yep - injectable carnitine (levocarnitine) also requires a script in the U.S. Pretty much anything that is injectable requires a script in the U.S. - including B-12. Only exception I can think of is some pharmacies will sell you Humulin/Novolin R without a script.
