Ajdos, what was you dosage on the lr3?

Ive done as little as 40 mcg/day and as much as 100.

Generally I keep it somewhere in the middle around 80mcg/day - but I dont use it every day.
With my dosing I do it about 4 out of 7 days a week, its a staggered protocol that is scheduled around my training.

Ok so you are using in the muscles trained not just as a systemic whole body response
 
I have researched 50-150mcg IM preworkout and had great results

I am on my 5th day of LR3. I am just using it as a systemic whole body thing at 100 mcg first thing in the morning. Not really feeling anything as of yet. Is this a compound that's works over a period of time? I replaced the CJC DAC with the LR3 but the LR3 doesn't seem as strong. Its early though I guess. I thought for sure I would go hypo after the 100 mcg dose but I did not.

With L3 I dont do site specific.

With DES I certainly do, bilateral pre- workout.

What is your planned dosage/protocol for the LR3?

Normally 100mcgs a few hours post workout after mgf has done its thing.
Been running 150mcgs lately with no issues which is worrysome. You Should feel a little hypo for sure!
Why pre workout, Are you looking for a pump ??? Des would be better in that case.
P.S. This is why I only take LR3 prior to a day off...No interference with MGF.
