Something i dont understand...

Someone help me.

Progesterone is naturally made in both sexe, in Male it help to control estrogen and Counter interac the conversion to DHT and Help the Prostate gland.

You cannot supress Progesterone, you need it for Cortisol, DHEA and Aldosterone.

Most guy here go crazy about thinking lowering progesterone...

I dont understand about that. Do they mean to lower PROLACTIN and NOT PROGESTERONE. THAT I CAN UNDERSTAND.

My Question is What would Happen if a MAN GET TOO LOW PROGESTERONE, if he doesnt have Any progesterone at all.

Can it Happen? Too low progesterone?

My joints fucking hurt,its like arthirtis, but it cant im 26 years old...

The progesterone biosynthesis chain somewhat......cholesterol to pregnenolone to progesterone to mineralcorticoids to glucocorticoids to androgens.........from there to estrogens......on to specific proteins

or cholesterol to pregnenolone to progesterone to 17-OH-prog to androstenedione to
androgens.........from there to estrogens....... to specific proteins

progesterone can't do its job if the progesterone receptor is not activated by......ESTROGEN......but too much progesterone in relation to estrogen can raise insulin levels, decreasing sensitivity, weight gain, reducing sex drive.......

You dont need progesterone for DHEA, you would need cholesterol to pregnenolone, to 17-OH-prog, then DHEA then to androstenedione then to androgens........you need progesterone for cortisol and aldosterone yes.

and Bigmatt you are also right that people are confused when they say progesterone, they mean to lower prolactin,,,actually they should lower estrogen first in that regards, prolactin only turns into a problem when E is too high.

your joints hurting, you are inflammatory,,,there are cytokines (immune system, autocrine hormones) causing this and many other hormones involved (neuro and endo),,,as we know anti inflammatory hormones in our body is cortisol/aldosterone also estrogen at certain level will be anti inflammatory samething with dopamine.

goodluck bro,,,try gulcosamine, pregnenolone, SAMe,,anything tahts good for joints OTC supps first and see whats up....dont lower your E2 too much eitehr at this point.

low dose deca should help like 100mg/wk. none proven protocol its just from my experience.
