so, here is my progress for 7 weeks pretty happy, but this is the point I always get to and then I get fat again lol. hopefully I can make it onto a npc next year.

diet:
meal 1 6 eggs and oats or steak and oats
meal 2 6 oz chicken 1/2 cup white rice
intra workout shake- koolaid and bcaa
meal 3 post workout shake
meal 4 8 tuna nigiri (favorite meal.)
