wow - you look great for 10 weeks out - very thick and well balanced. super lean too - not much fat to shed - that's a nice place to be. calves and outer sweep of quads look great - very full. What is your height? what weight class r u going in at?

I'm 5'7". I'll most likely be somewhere in the light-heavies. I barely made middles last year, weighed in right at 176 last June.

Yeah, I'm doing the Atlantic States again this year. I'm not in NY/NJ but close - I'm in CT.

Damn I hate guy's like you, Flex! I'm doing a comp in the fall and I'll get down to <198 but standing next to you in the light heavies, I would definitely be the tall skinny guy with the small muscles - hahahaha You really have a classic, impressive proportional physique! Props dude - i know u worked hard to get there!:headbang:

Heels closer together in from lat spread.
Squat down more to "sit" on the hamstring in side poses.
You will do damage in 10 weeks!

VERY impressive!! Great symmetry! Where did you get those huge calves from? Awesome.

When i first look at your pics (a judges first impression is that is the most important for placing you in the top 5, top 10 top 15 etc) it seems that your traps from the front need to be higher/thicker to balance out your upper body....also, your lower lats need more work to pull them out (from the tie ins you should be able to). You still have enough time to work on those.

Overall, those, you should do really well in your Show!

Thanks for the posing advice. The whole "sitting" on the hamstrings thing is something I'm still struggling with. I'll work on it.

I was hoping someone like you would have some input here. I appreciate the comments. I'll definitely work on the traps and lats. As far as the calves go, they are just there for some reason, I think the product of years of mountain bike racing when I was younger. Believe it or not, I haven't trained them directly in 10 years. The closest thing I do to calf training is romanian deadlifts LOL! Thanks again for your comments.
 
like someone else said, I thought you were much heavier! you certainly look it. Oh and not training calves for ten years.... you suck, lol!! I train my all the time, and they look non-existant next to yours. Nice work
 
-really thick upper back, delts and arms from the rear

-really thick chest, delts and arms from the front

-lack of squats really shows in the glutes and total leg development

-keep doing whatever it is for legs that your doing
they def. IMPROVED since the last set of pics
esp. the quads....

the shape is different........more 3D looking
(of course your leaner too) but......you CAN see a difference

heals closer will help the sweep even more
(keep that in mind) and really start playing with the posing
it COULD make you or break you
