guys, PLEASE BE NICE i have never posted pics before so just looking for some corrective critizism... I know that i would like my chest to come out a little bit more than it currently is. first pic is of me when i was 19 and had been lifting hard for about a year. i was 5'10" and about 175lbs. rest of pics were taken today, 227lbs still 5'10" ;) any guesses to bf%?? i have done about 8 cycles, currently in week 8 of 12 week test/tren/mast cycle. sorry in advance for the pics being taken where they were, lol. thanks for anything that you have to say in terms of where you think i need improvement.... just looking for overall "good shape" look... powerlifted in college 4 years ago for about 2 years. comments?

that is one of the best backs i've seen in a while! awesome V-taper and very lean. i think you just need to add quality mass all over. proportion already looks good and you have a lot of quality mass. If the legs match the upper body, just add more mass. you're on the right track bro.
 
You look great man! As bus said, you have a very good structure and some decent size already. Just keep pounding away and adding some more size overall.
 
Can you post your diet?
 
i dont have a set "diet"... i eat clean and thats about all there is to it. about 30-40g of carbs per meal in terms of oats, rice, potatos, ect. very little protein powders becides after workout. proteins consist of chicken, lean beef, cottage cheese, eggs, tuna, ect. fats are from PB, meat, tiny bit of flax everyday. eating around 2600cals/day right now.

thanks for the nice comments guys!!! i live in florida so next cycle will be around may and will be a bulker because summer down here is really offseason as the beach and weather are concerned. thanks again though, really appreciate it!

thanks bro, appreciate it.... i do HEAVY rack pulls about once every 2-3 weeks and i feel this really helps... bar is about 2 inches below my knees at starting point. other than that i will do pull downs, chest support rows, occasionally some pull ups, seated rows ect.... try the rack pulls for a few months and see if that helps any. thanks again

I'd guess you are 11 to 12% bf. Nice progress. Big difference.

Cool! Thanks for the advice bro... I've never done rack pulls before. Usually stiff legged deads. I'll give some of that a try. Keep on poundin those weights:cool:
