Hey guy, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone. I have been back training hard for the past 3 months. I have dropped 4 pant sizes, and my strength is back better than ever. I am still off for the time being, it looks like I will be off for a while longer since the source I went to isn't contacting me back. I'm not going to let that discourage me. This weekend I military pressed 395lbsx6 for the first time in 6 years and my close grip bench jumped up to 345lbs for 8. I am optimistic about what's coming up soon for me and I wanted all of you to know that you guys inspire me every day to keep pushing. I am never going away from taking care of myself again. Thank to all of you that keep me going and thanks for giving me a change to share with you!

good to hear about your progress - in the mean time you could start on some *SARMS like mK677 LGD 4033 Ostarine and RAD 140 - these compounds give steroid like gains and are available for research.
