I just got this the other day and was owndering if creatine was good so I am taking this but I am skipipn the loading phase...do u all tihnk thast ok? ALso I only take 1 table spoon which equals 5 grams after workout...I might try eithe CEE or the one big kiwi has talked bout later on...but what do you all think about prolabs mono I can post the link to it as well...**broken link removed**
